From the App The Keys on your smatphone, in Profil screen, select Envoyer un Rapport
- Enter a ticket number if your already sent a ticket for same incident
- tap on Serrure Concernée and select relevant locker from the list
- Enter incident details in Description
- send the ticket with Envoyer
